1. Hindari olahraga berat
2. Jangan minum alkohol dan merokok.
3. Kurangi kafein.
4. Hindari ikan mentah (tingggi merkuri).
5. Jaga kebersihan dan kotoran kucing.
6. Hindari susu tak dipasteurisasi.
7. Hindari makan daging deli.
