Group 5 Rupa and Bunga Rumput Community "Synergy" Exhibition at Royal Pringsewu Resto

Royal Pringsewu Surakarta held a collaborative art exhibition from Group 5 Rupa Feat Djoko Susilo (Semarang) and the Bunga Rumput Community (Solo). This joint exhibition, sponsored by the title "Synergy", was held at Royal Pringsewu Resto, Colomadu, Surakarta, Saturday (10/08/2024). The exhibition, which will be held for a whole month until September 10 2024, was opened by the Operational Manager of Royal Pringsewu Surakarta, Etika Puri Arfianto, and it was very lively.
The opening was marked by the handover of one of the paintings from Group 5 Chairman Rupa Goenarso to the Royal Pringsewu Surakarta Operations Manager, Etika Puri Arfianto to be sponsored in the "Synergy" exhibition.
Puri in his speech said that this exhibition is a symbiotic mutual work which is expected to support each other. The hope is that people can see the paintings and enjoy culinary offerings from Royal Pringsewu.
"For this reason, we hope that the people of Solo and its surroundings in particular can flock to see the exhibition which presents paintings by famous painters from the cities of Semarang and Solo. "This is a celebration of creativity, artistic collaboration and also culinary tourism," explained Puri.
Pringsewu Group Marketing Director, Rosyad, who started the event in his speech, really appreciated the 5 Rupa Group and the Bunga Rumput Community for their willingness to collaborate so that this exhibition could take place.
"Pringsewu Group provides space for artists to exhibit or perform their creative works throughout its network. This is a form of our concern to jointly develop the art world in Indonesia. "Along with the "Synergy" exhibition, there is also an exhibition of Mataraman keris working together with the Nusantara Keris Museum on the occasion of its anniversary," explained Rosyad.Djoko Susilo, representing the exhibiting painter from Semarang, said he appreciated this joint exhibition which was held in a historic building. "In addition to establishing friendship, this activity is also a positive opportunity for artists to support each other and also the artistic climate," said Djoko, who is also known as a cartoonist.
Meanwhile, Chairman of Group 5 Rupa Goenarso confirmed in Semarang, Wednesday (07/08/24) that this work exhibition was a traveling exhibition program for Group 5 Rupa with other communities aimed at building friendship and networking. "This event is an effort to build a better social field for fine arts. "We are collaborating with communities who have the same vision of advancing the world of fine arts and togetherness everywhere," explained Goenarso.
"In this "Synergy" exhibition, we from the 5 Rupa Feat Djoko Susilo Group are sponsoring 25 paintings by Goenarso, Harry Laksono Harry Titut, Hendriyanto, feat Djoko Susilo, each displaying 5 paintings," added Goenarso.
"We are happy to be able to synergize, dialogue and share experiences through work. The point is there is an intention to support each other and learn. "We have the same intention to prosper the world of Indonesian fine arts," said Goenarso.

"In this exhibition Bunga Rumput is present with 20 painters, namely; Sabardi, Toni Purnomo, Lucio, Agung Tatto, Frederick , Luluk, Irwan Mletho, Rinto, Suparjo , Arga, Wulan Sulis, Emut Prastiwi, Bayu, Tri Wahyono, Dalyono, Samanta, Satrio and Kustiono Black.
